With over 40 years of baking experience Don Wojtila had dreams about one day opening his own bakery. In September of 1993, that dream became a reality. Father of three small children, both Don and wife Barb were there the morning of opening day with high hopes and a motivation to see their new venture succeed. Now, years later, the business continues to earn the reputation of “one of few greats remaining of its kind”.
